I completly agree!! Brisk walks are fine but I would really refrain from anything else even a jog or cycling as they engage alot of other muscles in your body.
For ab workouts I would leave until baby is about 4months+.

i agree, it does sound normal, also you may have a few tummy upsets for a little bit your body and bowel are getting better you have had a big op!!

I used to think dummies were bad and felt like a bad mother for using them, but realised it WAS a comfort to Hayden especially at the moment as his skin is so sore for him so if he's happy thats all tht matters!
I find now he barely has it in the daytime unless he's napping or very grisley due...

I agree with Valentine that the child should be of age to be able to make that choice. I wouldn't give Hayden anything unless he asked for it...
I would not deprive him and tell him no to any food otherwise I know he would be more likely to go out and eat it anyway or worse, develop issues with...

Because bfing just wasn;t geling with me, I had a c sect and was pretty clueless on everything, in pain, he wouldn't latch properly on his own, everyone else got in in hospital except me, i felt like a failure, kept trying at home but was finding it...
Well last night he woke as normal so the snowsuit doesnt make THAT mauch difference lol!!
