Can someone please tell me if they got period like cramps all over belly and pubic area, I am 17 weeks pregnant and at night time and when I wake up I have dim aches and pains, though today have got them all day :x Mum said I should go see my midwife but I am guessing they are just growing...

Ah congrats on your baby, I am 17 weeks pregnant and had my first scan when nearly 15 weeks.Mine too was very clear, but unlike yours I didn't see little fingers! How many weeks are you??? :wave:
