This definitely sounds like it is more ovulation spotting than implantation spotting, since it was in the middle of your cycle. Still, a good sign of fertility!

I have just answered my own question. "C" is "control" and there's a strong line, which means that the test is fine. The lack of another line means, it seems, that once again, I am not pregnant.
