I had constant nausea during the entire first trimester and it's just returned several weeks ago :x I haven't vomited but always feel queasy...it's worse after I eat. My doc says it's a "normal" phase of pregnancy and not to be alarmed...I just wish it would go away!

Prunes, prune juice and lots of WATER...about 8 glasses per day. I also found that being a bit more active helped - walking for about 1/2 hour a day. Good luck :hug:

Mine kicks mostly when I'm sitting and lying down...particularly in the evenings and between 2-4 in the morning. I haven't noticed any responsive patterns though.

I used to get that when I was 16-18 weeks...I think it's a 'normal' pregnancy phenomenon :D Sometimes I'd get them several times a day and it would be really annoying and painful...but the pain just went away on its own. It may have something to do with your milk production or your ducts...
