Hi, I went to the gym this morning and I found it really really hard to keep my heart rate below 140! I did have a "sweat" attack and apparently when I have a sweat attack my heartrate is at 180... I read about the 140 heart rate rule in here and was wondering, who has posted these guidelines...

Hi, please can I be added too? My due date is 21 January. I've had very vivid dreams especially right after I found out I was pregnant - sort of stopped now but still have a few pregnancy/miscarriage related dreams. Anybody else constantly checking for symptoms? Previously had a miscarriage...

Do any of you ladies use perfume and paraben free products? Just found out that Body Shop has a few product lines but interested to know if you know of any others as well as laundry detergent etc.

My colleague started taking Agnus Castus a while ago and she told me that her cycles went from 91 days to 35 days, which is rather significant.

I got pregnant that way 6 years ago but whether you are pregnant only a test will tell :)

I think it's too early to test 7dpo - I know it's hard but give it a few days an try to test again.
