Its £20.13 a week for the first child. If one of you earns more than £40k then I believe you're not entitled. However if you both earn £38k each then you're still entitled to it.
Make sense? No...I didn't think so either. Stupid government.
I never thought Id say this but I actually really like Nike running gear. Not their shoes but top and trousers. I've just got some ronhills as well to wear when it starts getting colder or for hill running. Haven't tried them myself but my parents always wear them. I've got Brooks trainers and...
Kudos to those of you doing or done a marathon. Id love to do it one day but I just couldn't imagine running that distance!
I very much have got the running bug now :) really enjoying it. It's helped the muscle separation in my stomach as well, oh and much cheaper than the gym. Im running with...
Ooo I got quite excited seeing the title of this thread :)
I've not been running long really. Just done a 10k for the race for life which I did in 1hr 19 which wasn't fantastic but it was fun. I run 4 times a week now and have just signed up for the mudrunner in Oct and a 5 mile race on bonfire...
Id say keep the daytime nap. My LO still has between 1-2 hour nap each day and she's asleep within half an hour normally now (that's her norm). It probably took about a month of her spending hours going to sleep but it's slowly trailed off now. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
I know this won't help, but it might just be a phase. My girls 23 months now and isn't too bad now but she went through a stage of taking aaagggeeesss to get to sleep and I went crazy. However, Zoe said her LO did the same thing so I carried on and she's ok now. i really do think it's an age...
Sounds about right :) At 18 months my LO was almost 21lbs but she's diddy. Her counsin reached 20 odd lb at 6 months so it varies wildly! Have you got the red book you can refer to?
Yes! I do this more than I should I think  I love looking through the bump photos as well.
I think looking back in tri 3 is the funniest. Every little twinge a thread is started wondering if this is 'it' :) How nieve I was.
There is a beautiful chocolate cake recipe on here that I think Hunnie posted ages ago. I use it all the time, it's so lush and moist and just gorgeous. Hold on!
