It's called Geef Me Je Angst, which freely translates into Give Me Your Fears/Worries. The song is about a man who says he will take away any fears his girlfriend/wife/SO has and will give her hope in return. I won't translate all the words, but you get the meaning (I hope).

This song came out at a crucial time in my life and my DH helped me through the rough patches. It became our song and we danced to it at our wedding.
