Yoga

Hope im posting in the right place but thought it would be good to talk with spring mums to be taking up a bit of yoga. I can't find any antenatal classes but my regular yoga teacher isn't the slightest bit fazed and seems happy enough for now. Is anybody else thinking about yoga?

i was due to start a course but had to cancel as its not recommend in first 12 weeks , specialy if u havent ever done it before like i ahvent , i think its not so bad if uve been doing before tho

i shall be looking at finding a proper antenatel class tho for when im further on !
