my LO is 7 months and until she was 6 months i was exclusively breast feeding...im still breast feeding now in the morning and night otherwise she has formulae and puree. im so chuffed i had so many problems at the beginning crackd nipples/ mastitis etc but Emilys fab now!! and i really enjoy the closeness , be so sad to totally stop!!! but wuld like tyo go away with partner for a nite but dont know whether missing these two feeds wuld be ok, i dont express milk...any suggestions ta xx

Well done hun. Nobody warns you how hard BFing is and it takes alot of effort and commitment, and so hard when you're so tired at the beginning, but so worth it for that closeness xxxxx

Could she have formula for just those 2 feeds then if your back in the morning just give her a late feed? I'm sure your milk will still be ok for one night. My friend expressed into shower when we went away for her hen night as she had a lot to drink!
