joshua has got to his letter 'j' on the alphabet. he can now spell

apple, boat, car, dog, egg, fish, glove, hat, igloo and jug, for which he is getting a batman motorbike toy. then we will be doing the next 10 letter spellings off his chart.

he can also spell his name and happy.

Adele is still learning she knows all her letters and can spell them all but just cant get to grips with writting them down been treying to learn her all weekend and since monday but still no luck, just came off fopr a break but away to try again wish me luck

adele will get there. we have an abc chart and we have sung the abc song with joshua since before he was 2. with kieran he knew all the letters b4 he was 1 as he used to watch countdown with my mum.

awwww well done joshua, i was completely amazed when i took ella to bed tonight and she said E, E. It took me a while before i realised she was pointing to the E on her alphabet chart. Whenever we write her name we spell it out and when i asked her what she said she said E mummy, E for ella pointing at the e on that chart
