you normaly get them if you have entred your emailaddy to something that passes it on to a 3rd party, i get mine because i do alot of online survey things thast why they just go straight to junk mail

Never click on the unsubscribe link, it just lets these companies know you're an active user ( ) and lets them know to send you more cr*p & pass on your address.
