Wow I've made it to Tri2!

Hello all,

So here I am - exactly 13wks pregnant and in Tri 2!
I must confess I've been popping in here over the past couple of weeks to see whats going on - easing the transition and all.

So to introduce myself (although those from Tri 1 might know me anyway)
I'm 27 and this is my first pregnancy.
It wasn't planned but me and my OH are thrilled about it. My OH already has a 10yr old daughter from his previous relationship but she seems fine about a new baby although we are under instructions that she wants a brother.
We're team green and won't be finding out the sex of the baby at 20wks - looking forward to the surprise at birth!

I had my dating scan earlier today - dates matched my early scan so I'm due 24th July. The scan was amazing - baby was quite lively so we saw stretching and kicking. Everything is present and where it should be which is a relief.

To celebrate I bought a babygrow on the way home!

Im 27 and expecting my first too! Also unplanned but so so happy and excited. Team Green at the mo but will be finding out sex at private scan on 5th Feb (week 25)

your story is very similar to mine as well...I'm 26 and our little princess wasn't planned either but we're both really happy about it and can't wait. My OH also has an 11 year son from a previous relationship!
