Would like some reviews for Babybond In cardiff

Please can someone help, I have booked my 4d scan for Babybond cardiff but have read so much bad reviews for babybond.
I am paying the whole hog and spending out £195.

Now i expected a good old long DVD, a cd rom with loads of pics and 6 printed pics, Now i have read people who have only received a 8 min DVD, and only about 15 pics on a CD rom.

Has anyone else been and have good or bad service there please.
