Hi Ladies,

Im still excited about getting my bfp but it must be starting to sink in more because im starting to get worried that something is going to go wrong. I was blessed with a problem free first pregnancy.
But I was driving home from work today and got a sharp cramp that lasted about 2 seconds, it was painful it just made me go 'oohh', i havnt had anymore since though. I cant remember having this with Adam.

Does anyone else feel the same? x x

hello! i had worries when i was first pregnant too, every twinge and pain was going to result in mc, but ive been lucky and had an ok time so far! i guess its everyones worry, youll feel better when you are in tri 2 or later in tri 1 x

Ive had constant cramps/aches/twinges since my bfp, and probably posted a thread about every one, lol! I also had aches around my hip bones which was a tad strange. And I panicked at every one, especially as I had them almost constantly, it just varied as to the intensity of them.
Everyone I spoke to, and everyone on here has reassured me its normnal, and is just bits of the body stretching and adjusting.
Mine have started to ease off a bit now, but still get them, and they are different every time!
But gradually you will find it reassuring that all this stuff is going on.

Dont worry - unless you are doubled over in pain, I would say completly normal!

Its totally normal to worry, I think if we didn't worry we'd be pretty crap parents lol. Yeah I had a few painful cramps and light bleeding the other night and I was terrified! I've had mild cramps since before I got my BFP but from reading what others have said on here thats perfectly normal. I'm still worried just trying not to stress too much though.

*hugs*
