Well, as some of you will know I had someone coming today to doa valuation of the flat for us emagrating.
Well she just came and had a good nosy about. She said she'd call tomorrow with the exact figure, but asked if I'd had it valued with anyone else, which I haven't. But I did tell her that one of my friends was a property developer and had offered us £130,000 but we were waiting as we thought we'd get more selling privately, which we should according to her anyways.... she think's it should go on the market for offers over £155,000 at least (in Scotland it isn't a fixed price system, all offers over)
I am soooooooo happy as we've only been her for almost 5yrs and we bought it for £49,995!! Yeh, we put in a new kitchen and new double glazing and laminate flooring and a lick of paint.... but wow!! Thats a huge increase which will defo help for when we buy our house in Houston!!
