My OH parents and my parents are meeting for the first time tonight. I'm nervous even though I know they are all really chatty and get on well. There due up about 7ish aaaaaah. If only I could have a drink to calm my nerves lol xx

oh i remember when my parents and OH parents meeting, i was so nervous! They get on great tho and always go out together when my parents are up visiting. Hope all is going well. x

It went fine. They chatted away for hours and there were no awkward silences. OHs parents looked like they were to have a domestic at one point though cos my OHs mum was moaning at his dad that they were leaving and wasn't letting him finish his drink lol. She's a nag at times and can be very irritating and overbearing. She means well though.
Glad its done now. I was getting moaned at for months that they had to meet. Xx
