Oh hun hope you feel better soon,my friend had a baby last year and they had to get him out very fast with forceps and she basically tore from front to back and had to go to surgery to be sorted out ,well they are trying for another so give it a bit of time hun and you will be fine xx
I only had a little tear, it was mainly all bruising with me... soon got back to normal though. You forget about it after a while. Wont be long hun, then you can get back to doing it in every room of the house again lol
I had an episiotomy, but it wasn't enough...
so then they cut me some more, but it still wasn't enough.
So then I tore really badly.
I know it hurts now hun, I truly sympathise, I know how absolutely awful it is, but yes, you will recover, and you'll be right as rain, and you WILL be able to have sex again, so don't worry
I totally understand & sympathise with you. I was in theatre for an hour after having Jamie because I tore from front to back & tore badly inside too.
I think it was around the 4 month mark when we first tried but as soon as the tip of the winky touched it hurt like hell so really put me off trying again.
We did it for the first time last night & it was slightly uncomfortable but I think the worst part was what was in my head, I kept thinking about all the stitches & tearing etc but we did it & next time will be easier, alot of it was mind over matter.
Give it plenty of time hun & don't do it if you don't feel ready. You will be able to get jiggy with it again, don't worry.
i feel the same eblinx it's been 3 weeks and im still a bit sore down there. no where near as bad as at 1st though im also wondering when ill be able have sex again, right now i just couldnt imagine it
Imglad you asked this. I was thinking the same thing. I had a third degree tear and I couldnt think of anything worse. The horrible thing is is that I want to do it but I dont think i could stomach it.
My midwife started talking about contraception yesterday..i was sat there thinking to myself..i dont think i will be needing any of that for a fair while yet
