that for every glass of water i drink, i pee out 3 ?? Seriously, where does it all come from?? If i have a sip of water before i go to bed (or anytime for that matter) im peeing bucket loads afterwards. Dammit!! I wouldnt mind if the same amount that went in came back out, but nooooooooooooooo.... theres always more. Swine bladder!!

I'm the same. I try not to drink too much before bed but it doesn't stop me getting up at least 3 or 4 times between around midnight and 6am! Crazy!

i dont seem 2 get up for a wee at nyt.. go for a wee before bed and one wen i wake up... i think my body nos im wearing granny nappies these days
