Like always, I've forgotten to prepare for our anniversary - next week!

It's number 4. Not sure what that's meant to be, it seems to vary.

Any cheapish ideas anyone?!!!

According to google, 4 is fruit and flowers... so you could do something nice with that...

We're a bit rubbish though and all we ever do for our anniversary is have dinner together, maybe I get flowers. Nothing exciting! Maybe you could get someone to have lo for the night and just spend a nice evening in together and cook something yummy. Looking at your tickers, something quiet will be what you're looking for...

Ooh - fruit and flowers in my mind = chocolate fondue and fruit pieces and him buying you flowers!

Lol, well, I got told off the other night.., I said, Are we going to do anything for our anniversary (as for the past two years we've gone to Brighton for at least one night), and we'd talked about going to the cinema or something, and I was kind of thinking maybe going out for lunch (we work together).

He said, Maybe, now shut up and read your book, meaning he's already planned something for somewhen, lol!!

Problem with fruit and flowers is, he's allergic to fruit and has really bad hayfever, haha!!! At least I can use that as an excuse!!! Maybe some fruit flavoured sweets and a plastic flower..!!

I love the idea of a plastic flower and you can always buy plastic fruit from a toy shop It makes it fun but I think also romantic because you've made an effort to get stuff for what the anniversay year represents...and still do lunch

I think he's used to me being amazingly rubbish!!

Well, he said yesterday that he was going to take me to The Hobbit or Les Mis, but then realised it was his anniversary too and he really doesn't want to see them!! (Fair enough, I can go to a Big Scream screening on my own once LO's here!) But I reckon Sophia will be shipped off to Granny's at the very least!

Popping over the river later this afternoon so will see if I can be fruitily/flowerly inspired!
