Posted this on Chart Stalkers but thought (as i am bored!) i would post it here!

Not sure what to do about my temp for this morning - woke up at 5:45 and some reason i took my temp it was 36.54 and when i woke up and took my temp at the normal time 6:45 it was 36.84 - so question is what time should i take? I don't have a temp corrector on FF as i only have basic membeship - any suggestions?

Obviously i want it to be the higher one but this doesn't make it correct!!!!

I am not an expert on this - far from it, but I think i read somewhere that you need to go with the one you took when you first woke up...
Something to do with your body temp rising as you wake up properly or something

Means my temp is falling , expect AF will turn up tomorrow then!
