how do you go about it?

Im planning to bf Anjali for about a year. Right now she has 3 solid meals, and 5 boob feeds. Should i replace one boob feed with a solid meal each month? or cut down quicker when she's nearer 1? When *should* the bulk of their nutrition come from food rather than milk?

if you were going to substitute boob feeds before 1 year, you'd need to do it with formula. after a year, you can give her cows milk and gradually cut out the boob feeds (its recommended that you drop 1 feed every week or so to prevent engorgement)

im good thanks and the gym is going well. Getting used to being in one place now!!

Well, i dont want to have to start messing about with formula so i'll just keep things as they are until she's 1....then start cutting down 1 feed per couple of weeks maybe
