When is ovulation??

i too have posted a simular thread as i am not to sure about this either. but i always thought it was leading up to and during ovulation.......... thats if u can pin point when ov is. i dont have a clue when mine takes place.

Hi there, most people ovulate mid cycle so if you have a 28 day cycle you would ov around day 14. Signs are cervix mucus thats a similar consistency to an egg white or Numbing pains down below. You can get very cheap ovulation tests off ebay that tell you when you are ovulating.
Oh.. and you should have sex a few days before, on the day of ovulation, and couple of days after to maximise chances.

I'd buy the ovulation sticks off ebay so that you can figure out when in your cycle you ovulate. Even if you have a 28 day cycle, you won't necessarily ovulate on day 14 if you're cycle is anything like mine.
In the days leading up to ovulation, you should see an increase in egg white consistency cervical fluid. You need to be having sex as much as possible in those days leading up to ovulation and the day or so afterwards for good measure.
Some women experience ovulation pains on either the left or right side when they're ovulating. I do, it's a sharp pain, almost like a stitch type pain.
If all of this is too much to remember, just have regular sex throughout your cycle and you should be in with a chance
