when do you get you results back??

i had my blood test etc: done on my 12 week scan

i was just wondering when you get the results back??

or do they tell you at your 20 weeks scan

I had my blood tests done on the monday and got the results in the post on the wednesday or thursday. that was the downs syndrome screening, i neever found out the other results (hiv etc) until i got my notes back at the 20 week scan.

I had my bloods done then and got the results at my 15 week appt with m/w...They will contact you if there is anything urgent...You won't of had downs screening till about week 16

so i don't need to worry

Not had any of my blood results back either. I am meant to be getting my downs screening results tomorrow at my scan appointment.

should i be worried because i have not got them back

i think the fact u not had results is a good sign, i was told at mine on 29 december that if anything was high risk or whatever they would contact me within the week, and if i didnt hear from them it meant nothing to worry about and they'd tell me the results at 20-wk scan (which was today, and as promised they gave me my results & all-clear!)

i definatlely think they'd make a point of contacting u if something was up, to arrange diagnostic tests, i think ur results must be fine!
