when do i start to introduce cows milk to Leah

can anyone help me - when do i start gradually introducing cows milk to leah - shes 11 months now, do i wait exactly till shes a year or can i start now? Also do i give, full fat, semi skimmed etc

i started around now with full fat milk. just started using it at every feed he took to it well.

do i use 1/2 formula and 1/2 full fat then?
