When did you stop using babywearing?

Our sling is a bit knackered and I'd like to get a new one but I'm not sure if it's worth it. He's 13 months and quite big (12.5kg) but I still find it really handy even though he's too heavy to carry far. Just wondered how long you ladies carried on with slings and if anyone can recommend a good one for heavy babies.

I can't recommend any but if you search baby sling library in your local area they have loads of different ones you can try and will be the best experienced on these, on my local page which has a Facebook link people babywear until about 3/4 years. Good luck x

I stopped at about 16/17 months just because my little girl loves walking. She's just about 2 now and I sometimes wish I hadn't sold my bits cause she does very occasionally want a carry. Lots of people still wear past 3
