Whats the diff between implanation and ovulation bleeding?

Period is due next week, ovulated from the first may, took a test every day since then to the 14th may and they came back positive. Had light pink spots today, only once when whipping. Never had ovulation bleed before.
Hoping this is my little one telling me hes coming!
Please rainbow baby!!
Having really slight and faint cramps either side of my tummy too!
please help! xx

Ovulation bleeding you'll get at the time of ovulation but implantation can happen 6-12 days after ovulation! When do you think you ovulated? Fingers crossed it's IB for you xx
