what to write?

hi im picking up my matb1 form today and im just wondering what i should write in the letter to my employer, i know i have to say im pregnant, give my due date and when i wish to start my leave, is there anything else? thanks in advance

That's all you need for now, your employers should then give you something in writing to confirm your mat leave, pay etc.

i handed in my Matb1 and they havent given me anything, ive just posted another subject im after some help as to what i should put in my maternity letter they have asked for. abit dissapointed with how unhelpful they have been so want to word it correctly.
