Freya, by a country mile! (She was a really cool Norse goddess, too - the Goddess of love). Tegan, to me, sounds more like a surname and not very feminine, sorry.

Freya Jasmine would be a very cool combo.

I prefer Tegan, I think it's a traditional cornish name. It's one of OH's favourites.

ETA....the cornish version is Tegen
