I suggested to hubby Madeline as a girls name.dunno why I just like it.His mum says you cant call baby that everyone will automatically think of madeline mccann the missing girl.What do you guys think?

I think it is a very pretty name, but I took it off my list because I had similar thoughts to your mother in law. I didn't want a name that people associated with sad news.
