Our babys surname will be Cass. I love the names Isaac and Edward for a boy, but my partner says we cant have a name ending in a c sound cause it makes his surname sound like ass. Also, says Edward wil get shortened to Eddie, therefore will sound like dick ass?
Is he been an ass or is he right? I am strarting to agree with him, but I love those names! Also, I like Maisie for a girl, Maisie Cass. I am now going down the Oliver/Olivia line.
What do you think?

sorry I think I have to agree, gorgeous names, but remember kids are cruel!

I wouldn't worry too much about reading into names, children aren't always that cruel! Whichever name you choose, they could always pick out the ass in Cass anyway, if you know what I mean! Just go with what you like. I think Isaac Cass sounds lovely.

He has put me off Edward because it will get Ed Case and Isaac might get shortened to Zack! Same reason we cant have Jack. We are thinking along the lines of Oliver or Lucy. Still plenty of time to decide.

I like both Oliver & Lucy. Its so hard trying to match names up isn't it. We had the same problem!
