jack is 7 weeks old and has got a bad cold!! its affecting his sleeping and feeding the HV wasnt very helpful ive been to the docs and been given drops!! i know with older babies you can use baby vicks but its for 3 months plus! and calpol is 2months plus!
what can i do 4 him he is one grumpy baby!!

run yourself a very warm bath, pop bubs in the room with you, and let him sit in the steamy room with you for a bit.

You could pop some vicks, vapo rub stuff, whatever it is on a muslin, and tie it to his cot or something, that might help. Apart from that not alot, keep his fluids up, and give lots of cuddles!!
