What a waste of an afternoon

Had my appointment with the consultant this afternoon to be told once i got there that he wasnt there and there was no1 else to see me and not only that the consultant is on holiday for 2 weeks so they have made me another appointment for the end of june - im pretty sure that is 4 weeks mind you at this bloody rate im gonna have had the baby before i actually see him

arrrr how annoying I hope you complained,

I've had to go to the hospital quite abit hubby has always had to come with to as I don't drive.

we end up waiting around for ages and not knowing whats going on, hubby always gets annoyed, they don't seem to relise that you proberly have other things that you need to be doing (ie being home for when other children get home ect)

the staff have always been very understanding but you still end up sat around for ages, it was so bad once that one of the midwifes gave us the number for the complaints department and told us to complain as it helps them get all the staff they need.

i didnt think to complain at the time i just wanted to go home
they didnt bother to tell me until i saw the midwife first which was half an hour later and then they realised

Bubble-dreamer that is really s**t I had an appt with Dr Lim at the beginning of May but he was off sick and I saw a locum who was about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard. I waited 1 1/2 hours as was really peed off.

they are getting worse down there im sure of it 2 weeks ago at my appointment with Mr Lee - again who i didnt end up seeing and had to see his registrar who was bloody useless i was there for a total of 4 hours because they forgot i was there????? i mean come on they have my notes and they could see me sitting there? thats not normal is it?
