Ahh, it sounds like you are really enjoying motherhood. Me too!!!
Isaac has been a star from the start, he slept virtually non stop for the first 2 months of his life, probably because he was premature. We soon got into a good routine with him during the day and at bedtime. He finally started to sleep through about a month ago and now sleeps for 11 hours at at time and still has 3 or 4 naps in the daytime.
We're weaning at the moment, just been pureeing some more food whilst he's asleep. He's really enjoying his food. It's lovely to see them do new things every day isn't it. I can't wait to have another baby but won't rush into things just yet. I want to enjoy Isaac and give him lots of 1-1 attention before having no.2
I'm still at home, I'm going back in April 4 days a week or possibly using my annual leave from this year to phase my return to work starting in March and just start with 2 days a week in March. Building up to 3 days a week in April and then 4 days a week from May until I feel ready to go back full time, if at all.
Are you going back full time next year or part time?
Just enjoy the time you have with her and don't think about going back to work.
I hope she settles down for you soon with her sleeping. They seem to just do it all of sudden and surprise you.
