weird phonecalls

the number: 0091148 keeps ringing me. it's a call centre, it's always an asian person ringing, and they never seem to know what they're ringing me for.
they say 'is this a BT landline?' and i say no, then they usually say 'we can lower your gas & electricity prices.' on several time si've asked to speak to a manager, they just tell me they're not trying to seel me anything. they ring all hours of the day, i usually get about 5 calls from them a day, and i even got a phone call last night at 10pm, and they didn't even speak! i've also been left rude voicemails from them telling me to get lost and fuck off

what can i do to stop them?

can you ring up the people who supply your phone and get them to block the number?

or phoner the police, as it is harrasment

I had something like this last year and it was a weird number like that and it lasted for a week phone calls every day (most of the time i was at work so didnt answer) but when i answered no one spoke so i just ended up ignoring them. They did stop though.

How rude telling you to fuck off. I bet you have gave them a peice of your mind

^^ i did! and that's why i got left the message telling me to fuck off.
a woman rang and it was when zach was sleeping like shit, so i went mental at her because she woke him up, and then an hour or so later i got left that voicemail!

That's a good idea, I was getting loads of sales calls last year and after I went on TPS it stopped. Can take up to a month to stop though.

buggars!!! i get one weird one every few days,and started getting texts/links from "bustibabes" OH saw it on me phone and is now teasing me about being a lesbian! Dunno how to stop them, i didnt even subscribe to anything
