I did weight watchers before I was preggy..
the amount of points depends upon the amount of weight you have to loose but uusually around 18-20 points a day
veg is generally free points ,so is diet pop
you really need the book if you are going to count points though you'll be suprised at some of the points
i'd have on an avarage day
cereal with milk
sandwich and yoghurt
chicken breast ,jacket potato and veg
then ave some points for a treat in the evening
