hi,
can i mix jacks food with full fat cows milk? i want to give him weetabix is that ok!
also when should i introduce meat,and whats the easiest meal to introduce with meat in it?

From 6 months you can use cows milk in cereals/cooking etc - so I would say go for it. I first introduced meat as a finger food - cold meat cut into small squares - just keep an eye until they get used to it.
