WOOHOOOOO im sooooo happy - went to view it friday night, and it was perfect!!!

anyways Sat we rung estate agents, paid for credit checks and then rung us to say that we got the house got to wait a week for credit checks to go through then hopefully saturday can go and sign the contract and get the keys!!
