We arnt the only ones having babys!!

Mildlys post of the Duck Towel just reminded me.....Look who was in the garden this morning!!!!!

When I came home from work they were up by the river where some cars park and theres a little drain so I went and put down some bread for them and one of the ladys who lives up there came out and said they had to put a wire net over the river because all the little babys had jumped down and couldn't get out again and mummy duck wasn't very happy. So they fished them all out. All safe and sound now with little round bellys from all the bread they are getting!

Aww they are adorable, we always take our old bread out whilst walking the dog near the river. The mean swans keep pushing the ducks out the way though

I can't imagine having six at once though She must be doing well to keep her eye on them all

awwww - that is so cute. I sit by the river in my lunch breaks, (well, when it's sunny), and love watching the duckllings and baby swans. (The proper term escapes me at the mo - pregnancy brain strikes again!).
