I don't know if anyone else has been the same, i am normally a salad eating freak, i love salads and eat them all the time, but for the last 2 / 3 weeks even the thought of them makes me feel ill. I hate not being able to eat them.

Coffee, even decaf which i had moved on too, seems something else i can not go near.

All savoury things seem to be welcomed with open arms at the moment.

I had to stop taking my packed lunch into work which was always a salad - the thought of eating any of it was making me feel rough.

I decided to listen to my brain / stomach and just eat what I fancied. Which bizarrely included supernoodles which I never eat because they are so gross! My diet was absolutely shocking for about 4 weeks but i'm back on track now eating everything I ate before. Plus loads of ice-cream. I can't get enough of the stuff!!

I had a terrible diet until I was about 10 weeks pregnant but everythings back on track now though I do crave chocolate I also am craving fruits and raw vegetables x x

Thank you ladies, that is good news to hear. Fingers crossed i will be back on track to a more healthier diet soon.

I've been eating just what I fancied (basically crackers, crisps, anything salty), but my mum came over yesterday and told me that I must get some proper nutrients into me...
Bless her, she made me a lovely lunch of baked potato, tuna mayo (safe amounts and mayo with pasteurised egg lol) and salad, and it was fine while I ate it but as soon as she left I promptly threw it all back up!
I rung her and told her that baby's already taking the mickey out of granny :p

Im with you there becky, my ultimate favorite meal is spag bol, and my mum makes the BEST ever, She dropped some off to me the other day, and was fine eating it, but as soon as i stood up afterward, it came straight back up :(

I just survived on new potatos! I don't know why but I can't stop eating them.

Countrybumpkin I feel your pain!

I have been a 'raw' vegan since October and had been living off my weird and wonderful concoctions I make purely with raw vegetables, fruits, nuts and pulses. This new way of living really revolutionised my whole life and I've been preaching about it to anyone and everyone.

Then I fell pregnant...

Toast with lashings of butter
Cheese cheese cheese
Crisps, biscuits and chippy chips 3 times a week!

I have felt like a failure! But now my morning sickness seems to have passed I'm back on my vegan diet and managing 50% raw 50% cooked. Feel so much better and a lot less guilty!
