I have been ttc for nearly a year and had been taking fertilaid which contains vitex then switched to agnus castus on its own, when i got my BFP i stopped taking agnus castus but had a misscarriage 5 days after stopping vitex. i keep thinking its because my progestrun levels dropped to quickly? i would like to take fertilaid again because i actually got a bfp after ttc for so long but not sure what to do. does anyone have any advice on this?
