How do I check my cervix??! Check CM but would like to do this too. What should i be feeling for! Help! xx

its really easy hun, just wash your hands then maybe put one foot on the toilet to make it easier... insert your finger and you should be able to feel a round ball type thing, thats your cervix. you want it high/soft/open but depending on your cycle day, it might be hard/low/closed but that can change from day-to-day. hope this helps.
