So we're having trouble with middle names for a girl and i keep winding my wife up by saying her name will be Delilah Tyrannosaurus....

I have a strange German second name "Foulger", pronounced like Soldier but with an F. and we're trying to find a nice middle name that echos the softness of her first name but doesnt sound odd with my last.

Any ideas.

Because ive said Delilah tyrannosaurus foulger so many times now im starting to like it lol.

lol no, no, not Tyranosaurus :D

If you can't find a middle name you love how about not giving her one? There is nothing wrong with having just one name :)

If I'm honest if I was given that as a middle name I would probably tell people I didn't have one!

Have you looked online at baby names or in a baby name book?

My daughter is Lyla (She was very nearly Delilah) and her middle name is Marie

I wish my middle name was Tyrannosaurous quite honestly that's the coolest bloody middle name I've ever heard in my life! It may also help that I have a thing about dinosaurs, but seriously middle names are only used on things like medical forms and marriage licenses, often not used when regularly writing your name for literally any other reason. So I don't see why not, personally. Plus, think how good she'll be at spelling with that middle name!

for a boy maybe, but not for a girl!

Yeh i can imagine a boy finding it cool, not so sure about a girl.

I wish my middle name was tyrannosaurus. Failing that, why not go with "Danger" ahaha

Seriously though, a middle name Is traditionally the name of someone important to you like a family member or close friend, so I'd be looking at them.

Delilah Tyra? As a tribute to the great dinosaur
