Ticker question

Does anyone know at how many weeks does the ticker thing move up one? Is there a list of the weeks anywhere or am I being weird? lol I just really can't wait to move up another one

I think at 22weeks my ticker would be at the first orange one so I wonder when I move to the other yellow?

I just noticed Mummy-D's thread so it must move up another one at 20weeks then
