The Nursery is Finished!! At last :) **PICS**

After the long running furniture saga, the final pieces of furniture were installed last night!!

I can now spend today putting away all my little baby things, hooray!

Baby can come now - we are officially ready!!

(sorry for pic overload - this is the first ever DIY project we have done ourselves, so very pleased with ourselves )

aww thank you. We got border (and pretty much everything else) from Mamas and Papas 'Zeddy and Parsnip' range. It is very cute.

I didn't think we were going to get ours done before baby got here. I am relieved it is finished now.

We got it from Tuttibambini http://www.tuttibambini.co.uk/retail_moreinfo.asp?code=Barcelona Room Set on recommendation from my sis who had great service from them. It was pricey, but we got given money from relatives and we got a free mattress and gliding chair (really nice)
However - we didn't get good service unfortunately The company have a contract with 'Flat Pack Amigos'. They go and collect the furniture from Essex and bring it back up to the North East (I see you are from up here too) and then they assemble it all for you.
Our 'Flat Pack Amigo' guy kept giving us the run around. He kept promising to turn up and then didn't. When he did finally show, he only brought half the set with him . Then we had to chase him for three more weeks (full of broken 'I'll be there promises') before he turned up last night.
We are in the process of complaining to TB about their choice of contractors for the North East, so I am not sure if I would really recommend them to anyone up here.

I am also jealous of your border but that's because ours slopes up on one side of the room so it's at blatantly different heights on opposite sides of the curtains

I told Jim and his dad that Connie wouldn't notice but they're very upset about it. I just think it's hilarious
