should i be concerned if i havent got them???

Ive always been slightly worried about my ability to breastfeed because i had virtually NO breast tissue,,,,even the surgeon laughed a little when i went for a boob job a couple fo years ago

so if i dont have the bumps is that a sign of a problem? I just looked and i literally dont have a single pimple LOL

my boobs are sore though so somthing must be going on.....!!

You're not alone, I have very little breast tissue and didn't get the nodules in my first pregnancy until 3rd tri. Although this time they have come up huge already.
