Swimming and colds

Ellie has again come down with a flemmy cough and a stuffy nose. Should I avoid taking her swimming on Saturday? She has had so few sessions over the last couple of months because we didn't want to take her with a cold, but I also feel she is missing out on something she enjoys.

Hi, I don't take Emma swimming if she's not well, the main reason being that she won't enjoy it. I know how frustrating it is though when they seem to have a constant cold

You could always wait and see how little one is doing on saturday and if shes not too bad you could take her i cant see it doing her any harm.

I would say just make sure shes wrapped up warm with a hat on when she comes to going back outside .
