Hi all, had to share this website with u as it solved all of ourproblems.
Our dilemma two wks ago was that our lil miss (now 9wks old) wud wake herself with her hands if not swaddled but she's naturally warm (takes after daddy!) And we have an unaturally warm house (22-25°c average). Theefore traditional swaddling techniques were too warm. We tried bat wings but after a while she realisedif she lifted her legs n bum then her ams at same time she shifted her body weight allowing her ams to release so came across this...

Tried this with a stretchy soft scarf last night n she wet 11hrs! Had managed 5-9hrs b4 but that was with reswaddling 2-3 times during night often resulting in her waking n deciding she's hungry...
Currently waiting on a jersey shawl (measuring 65 x 155cm) to do the same...no baby blanket ive found is large enough...
