Sun Bathing

Can anyone advise me about sunbathing as dont really wanna pester my dr if anyone her knows?

Im going to Marbella on friday and its currently 27 degrees, is it ok to sunbath in this or shall I sit in the shade just catching ther sun when Im swimming or walking about? Need to know for a holiday to Lanzarote as well really.

Although I wanna bathe, I kinda hope the answer is no, give me an excuse to keep my shorts and tshirt on and not get my fat bits out in my tankini pmsl

I was preggers in the July heatwave and everyone told me STAY OUT OF THE SUN!! Think moderate exposure to your limbs is ok but keep that bump covered!

Lets face it, sunbathings bad for you anyway, you don't need an excuse if you want to sit in the shade covered up!

ops I went to malta and spain and was sunbathing ...I wasnt in the sun the whole time and my belly was coverd (sometimes lol) couldnt lay on my front. But I didnt see or hear of any harm in it. Maybe ask your midwife?

yeh some people say yey some say nay cause if your body overheats so does the baby!1

Just remembered though that I have midwife appointment on Tuesday so I wioll check then to be safe, I might just lie to everyone and say I gotta stay covered up pmsl

all the midwife said that you shouldnt sunbathhe cause its bad for you anyway lol i.e the normal skin cancer scares but that it shoudl be fine otherwise and the only thing is that I may feel it a few degrees hotter than everyone else (but I didnt) so all was well!
