Well my boy wasn't sleeping very long after 7 on a night he would wake up and want to play.
He's also been screaming for more food after his normal bedtime bottle so I thought I'd try a tiny bit of rusk before his bedtime feed and this is the end result!!!!

yeah I broke a bit off the size of a 50p peice and mashed it smooth and gave him some on a small baby spoon.

He loved it I asked the health visiotr first though and she said because he was a big boy born just to try a small taster so I did and it's worked !
