Stupid reason for feeling sad

Just clearing out our old fridge to move all salvageable contents to our new fridge and found some frozen breast milk in the hidden shelf at the top. It's over a year old and feeling a bit sad that I need to throw it away. It's the last breast milk I'll ever have. Pull yourself together woman.

Not silly at all. I have moments like this lots and am 100% certain about not having any more children!
